The Feeney Park Foundation is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Feeney Park ADA Path & Walking Trail Improvements Project in Murphys, California.
This project is funded through the California Proposition 68 Green Infrastructure Grant Program and will improve pedestrian accessibility, circulation, and site amenities within Feeney Park. All work is subject to applicable California prevailing wage and labor compliance requirements.
Project Overview
The project includes construction of ADA-compliant walking paths, subgrade preparation, installation of pervious concrete and permeable paving materials, crushed granite surfacing, and associated landscaping and irrigation improvements consistent with the approved grant scope.
The work is divided into two bid schedules:
- Schedule A: ADA path construction and associated retaining work
- Schedule B: Greening elements including trees, landscaping, and irrigation
Bidders may submit proposals for one or both schedules.

Submittal Requirements
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly labeled “Feeney Park ADA Path & Walking Trail Improvements – Bid Submittal.”
Electronic submissions will not be accepted.
Bid packets must include all required forms and documentation as outlined in the Request for Bids, including DIR registration, contractor licensing information, insurance, and prevailing wage compliance acknowledgments.
